What you will do

• Lead the team in software development lifecycle, principles, and technologies.
• Guide functional requirements analysis, product strategy, and vision with Product Owners and Business Partners.
• Participate actively in Technical Backlog refinement ensuring best practices and architecture guidelines.
• Provide ongoing coaching and create growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum 3 years experience including previous Tech Lead role.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and modular monolith architectures.
• Effective communication skills with technical and functional stakeholders.
