Mid Analytics Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the migration of data platforms from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and analytics models using Databricks and DBT.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to support scalable cloud data environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows, ensuring reliable data integration, performance, and documentation of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
• Hands-on experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT
• Strong experience building and managing infrastructure using Terraform
• Experience supporting cloud-to-cloud data migration projects and data platform modernization initiatives
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL or ELT processes
• Experience working with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control systems
• Familiarity with data governance practices including data cataloging, lineage, monitoring, and data quality checks
• Understanding of data lakehouse architecture and modern cloud data platform design
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in collaborative environments
