What you will do

• Author and maintain highly technical documentation for cloud-native products, APIs, and authentication systems.
• Partner directly with engineering teams to translate complex technical systems into structured, accessible documentation.
• Lead documentation efforts for technically complex product initiatives and platform features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align documentation with product releases.
• Improve documentation structure, standards, and quality across the Product Documentation team.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience writing highly technical documentation in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication systems, networking, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to read technical specifications and work hands-on with products.
• Proven ability to manage documentation across multiple complex technical domains.
• Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or security-focused technology.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Markdown, Git-based workflows, or docs-as-code environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or distributed architectures.
• Ability to produce short-form educational technology videos.
