What you will do

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for critical product areas, from database schema design to deployment pipelines.
• Design and implement backend services and frontend interfaces for AI-powered features like real-time transcription and CRM synchronization.
• Establish engineering patterns, conventions, and architectural guardrails for the team.
• Drive technical initiatives and architectural decisions through code reviews and collaborative planning.
• Develop and maintain production systems using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on fullstack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong computer science fundamentals from a top-tier university (e.g., TUM, ETH, RWTH, KIT).
• Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade features end-to-end, ideally in a startup.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB or similar document-based databases at scale.
• Experience in designing and operating production backend services.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns such as agent architectures or prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure or AWS infrastructure (serverless, containers, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Background in Electron or desktop app development.
• Previous experience as a technical co-founder or in a tech lead role.
