TL;DR

Web Developer (Marketing): Building and optimizing the company's website ecosystem within HubSpot CMS with an accent on lead generation, performance, and conversion rate optimization. Focus on implementing custom modules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless cross-browser performance to drive digital growth.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote)

Compensation: 9,500–14,000 PLN (Employment) or 11,500–17,000 PLN (B2B)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the web ecosystem within HubSpot CMS using HubL.
  • Build and optimize high-performing landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
  • Implement and manage tracking tools like GA4, GTM, and HubSpot pixels.
  • Collaborate with Design and Content teams to execute A/B tests and UX enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot front-end issues and maintain responsive cross-browser performance.

Requirements

  • Residence: Must be based in Poland
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CMS and HubL
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Git and integrating AI tools into development workflows
  • Understanding of CRO, user journeys, and funnel logic
  • Experience in debugging and front-end performance optimization

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sectors
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Basic knowledge of CRM logic and marketing automation
