TL;DR
Software Engineer - Growth (Web): Building client-facing websites and funnels, focusing on experiments, analytics, and expanding the customer base in the US. Location: This is a London-based role with New York business hours.
Salary: £90K – £140K

What you will do
- Work alongside designers, product managers, copywriters and the wider engineering group.
- Deliver growth results end to end, including analytics, user exploration, content management, web development, A/B testing, deployment and monitoring in production.
- Maintain production-quality care and attention, balancing experimental work at high pace.
- Contribute to design decisions for branding, funnels and sites.
- Work with the US team and be required to work with an overlap in US hours in GMT-6.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with TypeScript and React to build customer websites and conversion funnels on the web.
- Care about great design and have a high attention to detail.
- Metrics focused, quantitative, and experienced with analytics tools and running A/B experiments.
- Experience running services in production and responding to incidents.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thriving when given ownership to bring clarity to what is being built.
- User focus and excitement about learning more about customers and shaping work to make sites better for them.
