What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between customers, product development, production, and quality management.
• Collaborate with global subsidiaries and train the sales force on technical product specifications.
• Coordinate sales activities and support key account managers within the global network.
• Create comprehensive product documentation and training materials for internal teams.
• Analyze complex market problems and develop creative solutions in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• MSc in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Material Science).
• Fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (10-20%).
• Strong organizational skills to manage a dynamic and fast-paced workload.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• Previous professional experience in engineering, project management, or product management.
