Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure delivery to lead complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and security-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with UAE banking regulations, compliance standards, and enterprise technology frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure transformation programs within the banking environment.
Drive cloud migration initiatives including application migration to private, public, or hybrid cloud environments.
Manage infrastructure modernization programs, including data center transformation, virtualization, and platform upgrades.
Ensure projects align with UAE banking regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee vendor and partner management across cloud providers, infrastructure vendors, and system integrators.
Provide regular executive reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
12–15 years of experience in IT project or program management within banking or financial services of UAE.
Proven experience delivering Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure transformation programs.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
Hands-on experience managing cloud migration and data center modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, virtualization, storage, and security frameworks.
Familiarity with UAE banking regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Experience managing large cross-functional teams and technology vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
Experience delivering security-driven transformation initiatives within banking.
Exposure to DevOps, cloud governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
