What you will do

• Lead the execution of medium and large-scale live events on the ground.
• Act as the primary operational contact during live event deployment.
• Coordinate and manage onsite teams, including coordinators, temporary staff, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time to prevent escalation.
• Ensure that operational processes and tools are consistently applied across all event setups.
• Collaborate with Strategic Event Managers to translate operational designs into flawless real-world execution.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in live event operations or high-pressure onsite roles.
• Proven track record of managing teams in real-time, high-stakes environments.
• Execution-focused mindset with the ability to lead onsite operations under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in high-intensity situations.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
