What you will do

• Monitor data centers, servers, and applications to ensure continuous performance and availability.
• Assess and prioritize technical faults, providing timely response and escalation.
• Provide 24/7 technical support and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Follow established NOC processes to ensure efficient monitoring workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues and contribute to the refinement of monitoring toolsets.

Requirements

• English: Intermediate level required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (9:00 to 21:00 UTC+2, rotating day and night shifts).
• Analytical and logical thinking with a strong aptitude for quick learning.
• Experience in network management and scripting.

Nice to have

• Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix or Grafana.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry.
