What you will do

• Build and implement new game features and functionality from scratch.
• Develop and maintain strategy, HLD, and backend development pipelines.
• Design and optimize game code to ensure performance and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners on complex tasks.
• Review implementations for adherence to high architectural and coding standards.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java Core and multithreading.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring stack including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases such as Redis, Couchbase, or Aerospike.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technically complex software products.
• Must be able to commute to the Warsaw office for the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with unit and functional testing frameworks like JUnit, AssertJ, and Testcontainers.
• Knowledge of production monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with application performance management tools like AppDynamics or New Relic.
