What you will do

• Coordinate execution of CTAS service activities to meet ESA contractual obligations.
• Manage resource allocation and monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure rigorous documentation control, configuration management, and compliance with EU security standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between the service delivery team and ESA stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on service progress and performance reviews.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Space Systems, or Project Management.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in service or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring processes and technical documentation management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams in complex environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.

• Prior familiarity with ESA programmes or secure communication systems.
• Background in satellite telecommunications sector.
