What you will do

• Build, test, and ship ML-powered features to enhance ad generation experiences.
• Design scalable machine learning pipelines in collaboration with platform teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to align on product direction and user needs.
• Run experiments to validate assumptions and improve model effectiveness.
• Contribute to shared ML infrastructure and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art AI developments to apply them at scale.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• Strong experience delivering ML-powered product features in production.
• Proficiency with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience across the ML lifecycle: data processing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience with GenAI (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, or RAG).
• Strong product mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI platforms like Hugging Face or Anthropic.
• Ability to mentor team members and share technical best practices.
