IT Security Lead (IAM)

TL;DR

IT Security Lead (IAM): Designing and building corporate identity and access management infrastructure and security operations from the ground up with an accent on high-level automation, IAM lifecycle management, and secure infrastructure design. Focus on configuring Google Workspace security, enforcing device compliance, and establishing robust SecOps frameworks for a fast-growing, distributed team.

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end IAM infrastructure and operations security.
• Automate user provisioning and access lifecycle workflows.
• Administer Google Workspace security configurations, including Context Aware Access and LDAP.
• Deploy and manage security tools using a preference for open-source technologies.
• Enforce security standards across company-owned and BYOD endpoints.
• Define security metrics, KPIs, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT security engineering or infrastructure security.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• Expert knowledge of IAM, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and identity federation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and security.
• Proven ability to build corporate security infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong background in security automation (e.g., n8n, Slack workflows, JumpCloud) and REST APIs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of zero-trust architecture.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
