What you will do

• Build and manage a large pipeline of creators and influencer agencies to scale user acquisition.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to identify and secure new performance-based partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage deals using CPA, CPI, and CPM models.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize outcomes and maximize ROAS.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to design and execute scalable growth operational workflows.
• Oversee onboarding and creative direction for partners to align with data-driven goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing (performance-based), Affiliate Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
• Proven experience managing relationships with creators, agencies, or affiliate networks.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high-volume outreach pipelines.
• Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
