What you will do

• Lead technical implementation projects and guide customers through complex solution architecture.
• Develop integration strategies covering on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior services team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Facilitate architectural workshops and requirements gathering with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in SDLC pipelines and operational lifecycles for clients.
• Collaborate with product leadership to influence platform direction and feature development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading integration teams and architecting enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proven expertise in MuleSoft or equivalent platforms like IBM, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, or Dell Boomi.
• Strong background in API management, cloud infrastructure, and containerized deployments.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous technical integration projects throughout the full SDLC.
• English proficiency required for client communication.
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time based on customer needs.
