What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes for a specific product domain spanning 3 teams.
• Partner with Product teams to define and execute the engineering roadmap.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance for high-load systems.
• Manage, coach, and grow engineering leaders and senior engineers.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives and monitor delivery health metrics.
• Oversee incident management, postmortems, and technical debt mitigation.

Requirements

• English: B2 required.
• Strong experience leading multiple cross-functional teams (approx. 30+ engineers).
• Background in backend or mobile development (Go, iOS, or Android).
• Expertise in microservices architecture, system design, and high-load production environments.
• Solid experience with agile/iterative development methodologies.
• Proven track record in hiring and retaining senior engineering talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or geo-based marketplace platforms.
• Background in A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
