What you will do

• Develop and maintain the ITGC framework and IT risk management methodologies.
• Perform internal IT control audits, testing operating effectiveness, and identifying remediation gaps.
• Support external audits by preparing teams and validating control effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze ITSM metrics including SLA/SLI, incident trends, and CMDB data quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Finance to drive process improvements.
• Implement and improve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM, IT Governance, or IT Audit.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and hands-on experience with core ITSM processes.
• Proven track record preparing for or supporting ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or SOX-ITGC audits.
• Technical understanding required to validate engineering solutions against compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms and reporting tools like PowerBI, Grafana, or Tableau.
• Ability to formalize processes and write standards and procedures.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL v4 MP, CISA, or CISM.
• Experience with compliance automation and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices.
