What you will do

• Identify content-related problems and design scalable solutions, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to ensure knowledge availability.
• Develop a Knowledge Base system to improve self-service and automation.
• Analyze customer flows to define and validate global content scenarios.
• Evolve content guidelines, standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Balance speed, quality, and scalability in content strategy decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management.
• 1+ year of senior or lead experience in mentoring content designers or UX writers.
• Portfolio demonstrating work at the scenario and logic level.
• Experience in complex operational domains like ride-hailing, delivery, or fintech.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in ambiguous environments.
