What you will do

• Take ownership of the end-to-end machine learning delivery cycle, including building, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Lead the design of complex ML systems from scratch while considering architectural needs and scalability.
• Define proxy metrics and translate high-level business goals into actionable data science problems.
• Create and maintain production-ready DS services while contributing to backend infrastructure.
• Drive automation and monitor performance metrics to ensure model efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of autonomously leading and implementing ML projects.
• Expert proficiency in classic machine learning, deep learning, and advanced mathematics.
• Strong practical experience with MLOps instruments and managing the model lifecycle.
• Solid system design skills and experience in designing ML systems from scratch.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with streaming or batch data processing frameworks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid mode from Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Golang for backend integration.
• Deep understanding of Concept Drift and its impact on production model performance.
