What you will do
- Design and evolve cashless and digital payment solutions for passengers.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear PRDs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and fintech teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
- Monitor product metrics such as adoption rates, usage frequency, and transaction success.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Payments stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform post-launch analysis and manage continuous improvement of payment workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or payment-related domains.
- Deep understanding of payment flows, wallet systems, and cashless payment architecture.
- Proven ability to manage both product discovery and delivery lifecycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal and Compliance.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed product documentation (PRDs, Jira, Confluence).
