Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and evolve cashless and digital payment solutions for passengers.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear PRDs and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and fintech teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Monitor product metrics such as adoption rates, usage frequency, and transaction success.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Payments stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform post-launch analysis and manage continuous improvement of payment workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or payment-related domains.
• Deep understanding of payment flows, wallet systems, and cashless payment architecture.
• Proven ability to manage both product discovery and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal and Compliance.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed product documentation (PRDs, Jira, Confluence).
