What you will do

• Lead and grow engineering teams by supporting developer adaptation and career development.
• Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Align engineering initiatives with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize engineering processes, internal tools, and core technology stacks.
• Foster a strong developer community and represent the company at external conferences.
• Oversee the implementation of scalable architecture using Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management combined with a strong background in software development.
• Deep understanding of high-volume systems, server/client architecture, and development constraints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
