What you will do

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate data-driven decision-making.
• Establish and refine analytics processes, documentation, and data governance.
• Ensure data integrity and promote effective cross-team data collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong background in mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and standard data analysis libraries.
• Advanced SQL skills for managing large datasets and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience in building BI reports using tools like Tableau, Plotly, or Redash.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance resource investment against business outcomes.
