What you will do

• Lead and grow engineering teams by supporting developer adaptation and career development.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with overarching business goals.
• Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Build and nurture the internal developer community and represent the company at conferences.
• Oversee the utilization of core technologies including Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management combined with a strong background in software development.
• Deep understanding of high-volume projects, server/client architecture, and system development constraints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Commitment to ongoing skill development and fostering team collaboration.
• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
