What you will do

• Drive innovation across the hirify.global ONE platform focusing on diagnostics and product intelligence.
• Apply AI and machine learning concepts to real-world enterprise software challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and optimize software across the full stack using C#, Java, JavaScript, and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and QA to deliver impactful solutions.
• Transform prototype designs and proof-of-concepts into production-ready, customer-facing features.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to participate in planning, development, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts via coursework, projects, or self-learning.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to write clean, secure, and scalable code.
• Ability to work onsite at the Meadowvale Office in Mississauga.
