What you will do

• Direct and manage project development throughout the entire lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and defects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and central bank regulations for banking and mobile solutions.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
• Lead daily stand-ups and project board meetings to track progress and remove bottlenecks.
• Proactively manage scope changes and implement contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record of project delivery within a large multi-faceted organization.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of project planning, monitoring, and reporting methodologies.
• Strong command of both agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Advanced experience with complex change management programs and strategy execution.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and manage conflict.
