What you will do
- Direct and manage project development throughout the entire lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and defects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and central bank regulations for banking and mobile solutions.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
- Lead daily stand-ups and project board meetings to track progress and remove bottlenecks.
- Proactively manage scope changes and implement contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record of project delivery within a large multi-faceted organization.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management.
- Deep understanding of project planning, monitoring, and reporting methodologies.
- Strong command of both agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
- Advanced experience with complex change management programs and strategy execution.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and manage conflict.
