What you will do

  • Lead major HR programs using PMO standards, ensuring structure, governance, and execution excellence.
  • Drive integration across HRSS, Analytics, Finance, and Business Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Direct multi-year workforce planning, scenario modeling, and talent analytics in partnership with FP&A.
  • Act as the central resource for planning tools, data integrity, and HR technology adoption.
  • Expand HRBP playbooks, tools, and career frameworks to clarify accountabilities and enable talent growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and deliverables while leading change management to ensure adoption of new policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of total HR experience, with at least 2+ years in project or program management.
  • Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent analytics.
  • High proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
