What you will do

Lead major HR programs using PMO standards, ensuring structure, governance, and execution excellence.
Drive integration across HRSS, Analytics, Finance, and Business Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
Direct multi-year workforce planning, scenario modeling, and talent analytics in partnership with FP&A.
Act as the central resource for planning tools, data integrity, and HR technology adoption.
Expand HRBP playbooks, tools, and career frameworks to clarify accountabilities and enable talent growth.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and deliverables while leading change management to ensure adoption of new policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of total HR experience, with at least 2+ years in project or program management.
Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent analytics.
High proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
