What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management for monetization projects including pricing changes, new product packaging, and promotional campaigns
- Develop execution plans aligned with strategic vision and goals of the Monetization program
- Drive strategic alignment and decision-making with project leads and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate needs assessments, task scoping, and validate assumptions across workstreams
- Identify dependencies, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate content drafting for Monthly Business Reviews and executive pricing committee meetings
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work attendance
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is essential
- 3+ years experience in project management or related roles in fast-growing SaaS/tech companies
- Experience with needs assessments, scoping, roadmaps, and facilitating alignment discussions
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences
- Keen interest in improving craft using AI technologies
