What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for monetization projects including pricing changes, new product packaging, and promotional campaigns
• Develop execution plans aligned with strategic vision and goals of the Monetization program
• Drive strategic alignment and decision-making with project leads and executive stakeholders
• Facilitate needs assessments, task scoping, and validate assumptions across workstreams
• Identify dependencies, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
• Coordinate content drafting for Monthly Business Reviews and executive pricing committee meetings

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work attendance
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is essential
• 3+ years experience in project management or related roles in fast-growing SaaS/tech companies
• Experience with needs assessments, scoping, roadmaps, and facilitating alignment discussions
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to communicate clearly with executive audiences
• Keen interest in improving craft using AI technologies

• Direct experience supporting SaaS monetization initiatives, launching new SKUs, or charge models
