TL;DR

Salesforce Developer: Building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs to streamline business processes and empower teams. Focus on designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions to improve efficiency across the organization.

Location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asunción Site for key on‑site interactions). Must have availability to work on-site all week if required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other platforms using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management processes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3-4 years of Salesforce/platform development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), and custom objects
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English Intermediate Level (B2)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ServiceMax
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset or Copado
• Knowledge of integration platforms or experience working with external APIs
• Skills includes strong problem‑solving and quick‑learning abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proven leadership or mentoring experience.
