What you will do

• Build and maintain product features and supporting backend components.
• Write production-ready code and lightweight prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
• Create automated tests and fix issues early to keep releases stable.
• Support proof-of-concepts and experiments by setting up test cases, reviewing results, and improving areas where quality is weak.
• Document how things work so others can run, maintain, and extend what you build.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years building and shipping production software in product teams.
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Hands-on coding in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs/services, data pipelines.
• Cloud experience, CI/CD, automated testing, observability.
• Experimentation mindset: define metrics, build evals, iterate quickly; willingness to learn GenAI rapidly.

Nice to have

• GenAI/LLM: prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG, function/tool-calling, evaluation pipelines, fine-tuning/LoRA, embeddings/vector search
• LLMOps: experiment tracking, prompt/version control, cost/latency optimization;
• Tools: serverless AWS, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI; vector DBs (Pinecone/FAISS/Milvus)
