Position:: 2D Animator (Remote, Full-Time)
Salary: $1,000–1,500 per month
Project Kora is looking for a full-time 2D Animator.
This is a faceless YouTube project in the format of explainers and storytelling.
About the Project
We’re launching a YouTube channel focused on high-quality, animation-driven storytelling, inspired by channels like Crayon Capital () where ideas are powerful, animation isn’t just decorative, and visuals amplify the message.
Even though we’re just getting started, this is a long-term project built with intention, not a short experiment. We believe the creative foundation is what attracts great talent, and early collaborators will help shape what this channel becomes. From story structure and visual rhythm to motion personality and timing, every creative decision is intentional. As an animator, you won’t just execute tasks; you’ll help define the visual language, pacing, and storytelling approach of the channel. EVERY FRAME MATTERS.
This is a space for animators who care deeply about craft, clarity, and storytelling, work you’ll be proud to stand behind and include in your portfolio. As the channel grows, so do the opportunities for responsibility, creative ownership, and long-term collaboration.
What You’ll Do
• Animate [e.g., 4–6 videos per month, 15–20 minutes each]
• Animate using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
• Ensure readability, pacing, and style consistency
• Be a long-term part of the team
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in Adobe Animate
• Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
• Ability to follow and maintain a given visual style
• Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented
Conditions
• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule (as long as deadlines are met)
• Steady long-term workload
• Work in an international team
• Long term vision to be the Creative Lead
