FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

Location: This role is located in hirify.global’s HQ in Madrid and you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.

What you will do

• Review employee expense tracks for accuracy and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and local tax regulations.
• Develop and implement global T&E policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and enforced across all regions.
• Manage the end-to-end relationship with expense solution providers, integrating new tools, and overseeing corporate T&E programs.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track spending patterns and provide actionable insights across the organization.
• Partner with Data, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless month-end reconciliation and compliance.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, such as tool migrations, process improvements, or new market launches.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Audit, or T&E management.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must (vlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling). SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends or anomalies within large datasets.
• Proven ability to manage various projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle provider relationships and internal stakeholder support globally.
• Native or near-native level of English. Other languages are a plus.
