What you will do

• Build and maintain backend product features, services, integrations, and internal workflows.
• Write production-ready code and prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
• Create automated tests and fix issues early to ensure stable releases without a dedicated QA team.
• Support proof-of-concepts and experiments by setting up test cases and improving quality.
• Document systems for maintainability and extensibility.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads to maintain technical quality and scalability.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of software engineering experience and 1+ years in product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Ability to work remotely with schedule aligned to EST business hours.
• Willingness to learn and rapidly develop GenAI competencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI/LLM technologies including prompt engineering, retrieval/RAG, function/tool-calling, evaluation pipelines, fine-tuning, and embeddings/vector search.
• Knowledge of LLMOps such as experiment tracking, prompt/version control, and cost/latency optimization.
• Familiarity with serverless AWS, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus.
