What you will do

• Lead art projects and manage assigned artists.
• Ensure final delivery and quality control, adhering to project artistic direction, technical constraints, and deadlines.
• Help create necessary project materials from concept to final product.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adjust schedules.
• Review graphic materials for validity and appropriateness.
• Create a productive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
• Creative mindset open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Communication in English.
