What you will do

• Lead creation of content in various formats for multiple channels including paid media, social media, out-of-home, and print.
• Develop and implement brand identities for hirify.global Originals and partners across digital and offline placements.
• Edit and produce high-end video content for campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and execute motion graphics and animations to enhance brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the team to pitch ideas and adapt content based on feedback.
• Research new content formats and tools to inspire and motivate the creative team.

Requirements

• Location: Melbourne, Australia with hybrid work format
• 3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong creative vision combining storytelling, design, and technology.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media content formats.
• Agency experience and team management skills are a plus.
