What you will do

• Lead and develop a production team including videographers, editors, and coordinators.
• Be hands-on in shooting, editing, and producing content for social, digital, and publisher channels.
• Collaborate with growth and performance teams to create data-driven content strategies.
• Manage production budgets, freelance resources, equipment, and external vendor relationships.
• Establish and optimize content systems to increase production output without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure all content meets high creative standards while being platform-native and performance-optimized.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cross-platform content production with publishers or brands.
• Proven experience in a hands-on leadership role involving shooting, editing, and producing.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific content requirements (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performance content you have personally produced.
• Ability to balance creative flair with commercial, growth-focused metrics.
• Experience in managing production teams and building efficient creative workflows.
