What you will do

• Collaborate with leads and directors to manage production of game features with partner studios.
• Drive production for AAA console pods, ensuring end-to-end delivery of gameplay systems and content.
• Define sprint goals, scope, and resource plans while managing cross-team dependencies.
• Provide data-driven reporting on project status, risks, and milestone health to leadership.
• Lead scope management and scenario planning to balance quality and fixed release windows.
• Manage external partners and internal workflows to ensure technical and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game production experience, with 3+ years at a senior level.
• Proven ability to ship at least one AAA multi-platform title end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ developers throughout full cycles.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and aligning teams around shared priorities.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
