What you will do

• Define product strategy and priorities using rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into product features to enhance business value.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive commercial impact and trade-off analysis.
• Scale data infrastructure and promote a culture of self-serve, data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure responsible development, launch, and monitoring of ML-enabled products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Data Science/Analytics role.
• Substantial experience managing and developing senior data teams of 8-10+ people.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of influencing product strategy at the C-level.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data science tools (experimentation, causal inference).
• Ability to work from the UK (Visa sponsorship and relocation support provided).
• Deep understanding of shipping and operating ML in a production environment.
