What you will do
- Define product strategy and priorities using rigorous experimentation and A/B testing.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers.

- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive commercial impact and trade-off analysis.
- Scale data infrastructure and promote a culture of self-serve, data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure responsible development, launch, and monitoring of ML-enabled products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Data Science/Analytics role.
- Substantial experience managing and developing senior data teams of 8-10+ people.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of influencing product strategy at the C-level.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data science tools (experimentation, causal inference).
- Ability to work from the UK (Visa sponsorship and relocation support provided).
- Deep understanding of shipping and operating ML in a production environment.
