What you will do

• Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers.
• Implement and manage state using Redux and Redux Toolkit.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness across different platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Deep understanding of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript practices.
• Expertise in Redux, Redux Toolkit, and application state management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX patterns, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment to App Store or Google Play.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth integrations (BLE devices, wearable tech).
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging between React Native and native code.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
