What you will do

• Contribute to real projects alongside experienced professionals in your chosen track (Data Engineering, Enrichment, Management, or Consulting).
• Build and maintain data pipelines or configure software solutions to support procurement processes.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze requirements and resolve data issues.
• Document processes and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to challenge existing workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bucharest or able to work from the office
• Full professional proficiency in English required
• Currently pursuing studies in IT, Technology, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for data and business processes.
• Eligibility to work in Romania without relocation sponsorship.
