Game Designer to help shape the core systems of a new narrative-driven RPG built with an AI-powered narrative engine. This role is remote and open to candidates based in Europe.

Must-haves
🧠 Strong experience as a Game Designer on shipped #RPG titles
🎲 Deep knowledge of #tabletop RPG systems
📖 Previous experience with narrative-driven RPG design
⚙️ Ability to turn abstract/tabletop mechanics into fully realised digital systems
🤝 Comfortable working cross-functionally with #design, narrative, AI, engineering, and art
✨ Openness and enthusiasm toward using AI tools as part of the creative workflow
