What you will do

• Build comprehensive digital strategy and campaign roadmaps, managing budgets and resources.
• Lead multi-channel operations across platforms including Newsroom, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Establish integrated content calendars and oversee production quality from copy to visuals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to drive channel performance.
• Own KPI management, data reporting, and analytics across GA4 and social media platforms.
• Mentor junior staff while streamlining workflows and internal processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in digital channels, content, or campaigns.
• Fluent in Korean and Advanced Business English (C1+ level) for editing, decks, and meetings.
• Proven hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Strong expertise in channel analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, and platform-specific metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple tracks, including budgets and vendor coordination.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Native-level bilingual proficiency (Korean/English).
• Experience with paid media collaboration (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and data storytelling.
• Background in video and design collaboration (storyboard reviews, production briefs).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
