What you will do

• Implement and monitor the country Business Plan, leveraging market and consumer insights.
• Lead market research and transform findings into innovative flavour concepts and marketing strategies.
• Develop engaging concepts and creative storytelling that resonate with Philippines consumers and reflect latest market trends.
• Collaborate with account managers and creation teams to co‑create impactful presentations, customer workshops, and new project proposals.
• Strengthen hirify.global's brand presence through events, materials and digital storytelling.
• Integrate sustainability, wellbeing, and digital innovation into all marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally within the B2B flavours or food industry.
• Proven skills in market research, consumer insight generation, and impactful presentations.
• Strong understanding of market trends within the Philippines' flavours and food sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and creative approach.
• Comfortable working across diverse cultures; fluent in English (knowledge of local languages is advantageous).
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools, and familiarity with digital platforms such as Canva.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and digital innovation in marketing practices.
