What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Apex New Zealand’s modern data platform.
• Create reusable data models for financial reporting and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data security and reliability, create automated tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize SQL & dbt to build, test, and deploy data transformation models.
• Design and develop advanced SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and promote best practice standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and root cause analysis.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing datasets in Snowflake, dbt.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with tools like SSRS and PowerBI.
• CI/CD and Git experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Investment or Financial industry experience
