What you will do

• Deliver effective presentations to clients.

• Independently resolve client issues by breaking down complex problems and gathering necessary data.
• Investigate incidents methodically by correlating logs and network traffic to determine scope, root cause, and impact.
• Ensure sensitive data and system interactions follow strict security protocols.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent operations and delivery of reliable analyst services (SOC, Consultancy) to our client base.
