What you will do

• Conduct supply chain system analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support systems projects, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
• Undertake BI database development work, including data modeling, ETL process design, and report development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote system adoption and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in systems and BI development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Technology or related major.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst, with experience in supply chain system implementation and BI database development.
• Solid technical foundation in ERP or sub-systems and proficiency in business analysis methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in BI database development, including proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and BI reporting tools.
• Good English communication skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in the SAP PP module.
