Location: Hybrid role based in locations where hirify.global's workplace policy applies: San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. Expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: USD $36 - $60 per hour

What you will do

• Assist in day-to-day project management and tracking for hirify.global's production, including unified storage and GenAI initiatives.
• Support the execution of key programs by managing cross-team dependencies and release management processes.
• Explore and propose integrating GenAI technologies into program management practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tracking program metrics and data visualization using tools like Jira and Tableau.
• Produce high-quality written communication products, including project documents and weekly reports.
• Contribute to the successful rollout of product releases through planning and execution support.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Management).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Jira for data tracking and management.
• Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
• Hands-on knowledge or interest in AI technologies (GenAI) and their application in program management.
