Salary: Up to $200k Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Source, qualify, and close new business across multiple DeFi product lines
• Build and maintain relationships with blockchain foundations, protocols, exchanges, custodians, and institutional investors
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to shape offerings and deliver client solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years in business development or sales within crypto, DeFi, or fintech
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, onchain lending markets, and stablecoin ecosystems
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with blockchain foundations, exchanges, or institutional crypto investors
• Experience with protocols like Aave, Euler, or similar platforms
