What you will do

• Independently design, develop, and deploy major technical changes.
• Guide, mentor, and support development and testing teams.
• Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into system specifications.
• Analyze AS‑IS legacy systems and support the definition of migration requirements.
• Develop integration strategies across Mainframe and non-Mainframe applications.
• Support production, incident analysis, and performance engineering.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DC, and Mainframe Utilities.
• Experience in modern mainframe development environments and Mainframe migration projects.
• Domain knowledge in Life Insurance.
• German B2+ and fluent English communication skills.
• B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
