What you will do

• Lead strategic customer engagements and design tailored automation testing solutions.
• Drive value-based discussions, aligning solutions with customer objectives.
• Take ownership of end-to-end POC initiatives, ensuring they address customer-specific needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on testing strategies and architectural decisions.
• Conduct in-depth technical product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the testing domain as Test Architect or Senior Automation Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Selenium, Tricentis, Appium, or similar).
• Strong technical acumen in designing and implementing test architectures and automation strategies.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing complex technical discussions.
• Proven ability to lead POC initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge or exposure to hirify.global.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching teams on testing best practices and tools.
• Exposure to enterprise environments and managing large-scale testing projects.
• Hands-on experience with additional RPA tools or cognitive automation technologies.
